Recently, Year 4 delved into the enchanting realm of the recorder, mastering the basic notes to play a melody as a group. With determination and enthusiasm, our budding musicians honed their finger dexterity and breath control to produce clear, resonant tones on their instruments. Guided by our dedicated music teacher Mrs B, the children learnt to read music notation and understand the principles of pitch and rhythm. Through collaborative practice sessions, our young musicians worked together to achieve harmony and precision, creating beautiful melodies that filled the air with joy and melody.
