Today, our school had an amazing visit from the Birds of Prey Experience, giving us the chance to see these incredible hunters up close. We learnt about different species, their adaptations, and why they are classified as birds of prey. As Year 6 are studying classification, we discussed what makes these birds such skilled predators—sharp talons, powerful beaks, and incredible eyesight. It was a fantastic opportunity to ask questions and witness first-hand the unique features that help them survive in the wild!
